Validation OS provides AI-powered tools to help founders evaluate and validate business ideas. Outputs may include scores, insights, and recommendations.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Input confidential data you don’t have rights to share
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
Use outputs to build a competing product
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. AI Outputs (Important)
Our Service uses AI and automated systems.
You acknowledge:
Outputs are generated, not guaranteed facts
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased
You must independently verify before making decisions
No reliance: You agree not to rely solely on outputs for business, legal, financial, or strategic decisions.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
Product-market fit
Business success or revenue
Accuracy or completeness of insights
All decisions and outcomes are your responsibility.
6. Your Inputs & Ownership
You retain ownership of ideas and data you submit (“User Content”)
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, and generate outputs from your inputs to provide the Service
We do not claim ownership of your ideas.
7. Model Improvement
We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our systems. We do not use identifiable or sensitive data for model training without consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform elements (software, design, branding, algorithms) are owned by Validation OS.
You may not:
Copy, resell, or sublicense the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract models or prompts
9. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers (e.g., AI APIs, hosting, analytics). Their terms may also apply.
